Active Manifest: Candidate Evidence Chain Walkthrough Reader Journeys
Intended Outcome: New auto-orch operators can locate the candidate-evidence contract and sealed authority, validate or reject a sample candidate with exact evidence declarations, and preserve the candidate-only boundary.
Success Hypothesis: If each acceptance check has one required natural-language journey with an exact allowlisted command and trace, an independent reader can distinguish contract declarations from observed candidate evidence and keep non-candidate artifacts unchanged.
Acceptance Criteria
- AC-1: The reader locates the canonical candidate-evidence contract and manifest, then verifies authority revision 2026-08-08, exactly the three authority-listed source IDs, and employee_may_modify: false using only registered public-safe metadata.
- AC-2: The reader validates or rejects the sample candidate against the real candidate-evidence preflight shape, using the exact command declaration, evidence fields, and observed result without turning a declaration into execution proof.
- AC-3: The reader verifies that the candidate-only boundary is preserved: no authority or semantic product repair target is established, no publication transition or pointer is created, and no non-candidate artifact is modified.
